If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days. 14 days for sale items from date of delivery. Returns are accepted as long as products are within their original condition, including tags.
How to make a return
A) Returns via courier Service
1) Pack the products
Pack the order in your original box (different boxes can be used, but we strongly encourage recycling where possible) and ensure the original label is covered. Returns have to be sent to the following address: Kipling My Mall (Online Purchases), 285 Franklin Roosevelt, 3150 Limassol.
2) Drop the products or hand them to the carrier
Drop your return into any available AKIS EXPRESS collection point locations or wait for carrier pick-up on the proposed date.
3) Wait for return and refund
When your order has been correctly returned to our warehouse, you will see the refund directly in your Bank account. Please have in mind that the refund can take up to 10 business days to show in your account.
B) Returns at any Official Kipling store in Cyprus
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return at any of the Official Kipling stores in Cyprus (Kipling store at Nicosia Mall & Kipling store at My Mall Limassol) within 30 days as long as all the said products are within their original conditions, including tags.
Please have in mind that products cannot be exchanged at the shop, you will return them and a refund will appear in your account within 10 business days.
Right of withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with the Products you received or have simply changed your mind about purchasing them after we have e-mailed you your Order Confirmation, you can return them within 30 (thirty) calendar days of delivery of the Products and get a refund.
This is a right of withdrawal that you can exercise without penalty and without giving any reason.
Please note that while the Products remain in your possession you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in good condition.
In case of returns for change of mind (right of withdrawal), you will be fully reimbursed apart from shipping costs.
Legal guarantee for faulty goods
In addition to the above, we recognize the statutory 2-year (or the longer period that may be set forth by your local law) guarantee for product faults. A product is “faulty” if received damaged or where a manufacturing or material fault occurs within 2 years (or the longer period that may be set forth by your local law) from the purchase. Please note that Products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.
You can return faulty Products within 2 years of your receipt of the products and get it replaced or fixed, as applicable by showing proof of purchase.
